Judging

  • Deadline will be posted and advertised.  Any entries received after the deadline hour will go on to compete in the next competition
    •
  • The contest is only available for natural born females.
  • There will be 3 professional judges for each competition (state level judges or higher)
  • The judges will change out and rotate every competition
  • All Judges decisions are final!
  • Judges names will not be given out!
    •
  • It is possible for a contestant to win both Natural and Glitz competitions.
  • Judging is based on Overall Appeal of the Photo and Beauty of the Contestant!
 Photo Guidelines
  • Photos may be black and white, color, headshot or full body shots.  All pictures must be G rated.
  • All photos must be e-mailed to Laurie@Americangrace.com, unless special arrangements are made for a snail mailed entry.
  • When scanning your photo, please scan it at least at 72dpi or better.
  • Photos will be posted by the end of the following day from the day it was received.  Most time it will be done the same day.
  • I will e-mail you as soon as I receive your photo, to let you know that I have it.
  • Natural Photos may Not have been retouched in any way.  Children under 10 should have a natural looking face without obvious makeup.  Cropping is allowed.                    Swimsuit pictures are okay, but will have to be approved.                                                   Any questions, please contact me a Laurie@Americangrace.com. Persons entering photos that are for sure enhanced will be forfeited without a refund.   Please be honest!  All photos must be G rated!
  • Glitz photos may range for a nice natural(ish) photo to a professional pageant retouching of the entire photo.  This includes adding or subtracting of objects. (example, I saw a cute photo of a girl on a dolphin)  All photos must be G rated!!! Swimsuit pictures are okay, but will have to be approved.
  • Pictures of children 0-10 should have been taken with-in the last one  year.  Ages over 10 should have been taken within the last 3 years.

 Payment Info
  • We accept PayPal at Laurie@Americangrace.com.  If paying by check, it must first clear prior to the deadline and no pictures will be posted unless payment has been made in full.
  • No refunds will be given, unless special arrangements are made.
  • Entry into one competition (either natural or glitz, Unlimited Photos) is $35. 
  • Entry into both competitions (Unlimited photos) is $45.

  • Discounts......Please e-mail Laurie@Americangrce.com if you received a discount to the contest.  Please give me the information of where you received the discount.
  • All non-winning entries may re-enter with a $10 discount on entry of one category and $20 discount of entry in both categories in the very next contest.  
  • Discount cannot be combined

  • All prizes will be mailed within 3 weeks of the announcement of winners.  If there is a problem with a delayed shipment of a prize to me, I will notify you immediately.  I always prefer getting my prizes right away, and will do so for my contest!  Most months, I will already have all the prizes ready to go the following day from the announcements of the winners.
  • Sash styles may vary from month to month, trying different styles.  I guarantee it will be pink.
  • There will be two supreme photogenic winners every month.  One Natural one Glitz

  • Age divisions have been added.  0-5, 6-11,  12 and over
  • There is NO minimum number of contestants needed for the 2 Supremes to receive their awards
  • All entries receive a tiara and gift.  No one goes empty handed.

  • Contestants will only receive one set of prizes when entered in both competitions, due to the dramatic discount for entry into the competitions.  Although, I will add something special to the prize box. 
  • All non-winning contestants may re-enter with a $10 discount on entry of one category and $20 discount of entry in both categories in the very next contest.
  • In the case of a Mrs. or Ms. winning, I will order you a sash with that title.  It may take a few weeks to order and receive. 
  • I am not responsible for donated by vendors, pageants and other photo contests!
       
 Winners

  • Winners may re-compete after the next competition, using a different photo.

  • Please teach children good sportsmanship through competition.  Please no bashing.

Director

I have been in and around pageants for over 10 years. I love competing, but love judging, co-directing and emceeing a bit more.

I have danced for most of my life and had some incredible performance based jobs. I have danced at Disneyland, worked for Mattel toys as Barbie and have been a presenter at the Omni Awards. I have been in many musicals and once played Desdemona in Shakespeare's Othello.

I am involved in modeling, both for myself and I manage a model name Amy.  My goal is to manage several models and actors. I think working behind the scenes is just as fun as being in front of them.

I am married to such a great, silly and sweet man name Alan. We enjoy being Disney enthusiasts and are in love with our puppy Lexy. I hope you enjoy my photo contest and have fun with it. Any questions, contact me at Laurie@Americangrace.com.
